Waits' song is named for the Eddie Campbell character. DC can expect to be sued into oblivion any minute now, no doubt.
Ghost Rider is a Marvel character, not DC. And the page in question isn't the actual published version (I should know, I wrote it). It's just a mash-up someone did. Don't reckon anyone will be getting "sued into oblivion."
