Things On Which to Click

Preview of PunisherMAX #10 over at CBR. See, I told you, it really does exist.

Newest edition of my CBR column, WHERE THE HELL AM I. Sticking with my recent theme, this week it's titled "Go Fuck Yourself, William Shakespeare." No actually it's called "Juggling Babies" and it's about balancing a comic career with being a dad. So there's, you know, not as much cursing as last time.

GODS HATES ASTRONAUTS. I have nothing to do with this one. It's just great comics.

Thanks for the kind and wise advice, man; I'm taking it to heart, scheduling out daily writing time and throwing all the creative irons into one fire. Really inspiring words. Thanks again:)

I'm having a lot of reading Wolverine and Punisher Max. Is there any chance you write Daredevil?

I pick up a book if I see your name on the cover, but will admit having some reservations about Ultimate Captain America. Based on your depiction of veterans in "Scalped" I doubt that you'll just push the crazy vet narrative associated with the Vietnam generation (I recommend Burkette's "Stolen Valour" as a pretty strong debunking of the characterization of veterans from that era).

Alright, just read the earlier post re: your cousin Gus, and see that you at least have some skin in the game. I may or may not agree with the direction you take with the book, but am assured that you are coming at it from an informed direction.

I actually wrote a whole book about the Vietnam War. My first work, THE OTHER SIDE.

Thanks for the reply; I've actually read "The Other Side" but hadn't realized you'd written it until well after I sent my posts. I would like to see someone write a graphic novel about our wars, with the usual conceit that they don't make us look like assholes. Or at least not total assholes.
