So yeah, I'm doing a Thanos origin mini-series. Here's me talking about it to MTV. And yes, we did try to make my living room look as creepy as possible. It didn't take much extra work though.

Can't wait for this to come out. I love Thanos, you never really know what he's going to do next. Too bad it won't be released until after Planet Comicon.
Actually it comes out just a few days before Planet Comicon.
I have to ask this--how old is Thanos? Will the miniseries tell us when it actually takes place? I've seen different theories about how long he's actually been around.
I'm not going to put a specific date on it, no. The story plays out over the course of several years, at the least, but the time periods are still somewhat ambiguous.
(I've heard all kinds of odd ideas about his age.)
Ah! Thank you! I'm thinking more in terms of what century or millennium, actually, as I've seen some pretty wild notions about how many thousand years old he's supposed to be.
